CHALLENGE: While Sentry is uniquely qualified for most all workers’ compensation, they weren’t being invited to the table by brokers for their clients. Our challenge was to increase Sentry’s brand awareness.

SOLUTION: We reframed their issue wasn’t awareness, it was salience. Brokers had a confused view of Sentry and what it stood for. By honing in on what Sentry should be known for, we’d increase the number of times Sentry is thought of. Therefore, making sure they get more ‘at bats’ within the broker audience.
