When it comes to the work, I believe in telling the story of a brand. That strategic insights need to be fresh and sharp to make a connection with an audience. Authenticity without overpromise is the balance to strike. Because if you don’t stand behind your words with action as a brand, you aren’t going to convince anyone to come back.

When it comes to creating the work, I believe human energy fuels it all. Teams need to feel empowered, valued and loose. This is how I build teams and relationships. I also believe in hard conversations done with empathy and emotional intelligence. Which starts with introspection from the leadership teams I work on, and holding space for exploration.

Outside of advertising, I’m an artist. I create sculptural nature art in my studio, and my work gives back to it’s source. I find one of the greatest gifts of working in this industry is seeing and hearing the talent and passions others have outside of advertising.
